Why I fight?

Many of us have lost a loved one to cancer or other health complications. It often changes our perspective on health and the short time we have on this earth. This past year, I have lost 4 family members to various health complications and my closest friends have lost their mothers to terminal cancer. After a tough year, I’m grateful to have the opportunity to turn a negative into a positive and support the Reaumond Foundation and those affected by pancreatic cancer by participating as a boxer in Knockout Cancer. When I step in the ring and with every training session leading up to the fight, I will be fighting for my Grandpa Dale Cage, Brother Todd Johnson, Cousins Alex Masi and Zack Malena, as well as my best friends’ moms, Maggie Gorman and Elaine McDevitt.
