Why I fight?

I'm choosing to Fight because I've had multiple family members and family friends that had to fight Cancer and not all of them won their fight. I've seen the struggle and how the majority persevered, so I know the determination that it requires to win the fight. I relate their fight with Cancer to a fighter in a ring. They both have people supporting, coaching, and encouraging them but once you are in the ring, it is just you and your opponent, no one else can take or throw the punches for you. Although they had a full support system behind them, at the end of the day, the pressure was all on them to survive and win their fight. I want to honor them by showing the same determination with this event. I will use what they went through to fuel me during my training and match.
