Why I fight?

In Dedication of Karen Schliph.

Karen was a very close, life-long friend of my mother's and personally someone I always looked up to for her outlook on life. Karen was truly a joy to be around as she always had such a witty and charming sense of humor, positive attitude, and could talk to anyone. After being diagnosed with Stage Four Pancreatic Cancer in February 2025, practically out of nowhere; Karen passed in May 2025 at 57 years old surrounded by her loving family. Karen's father Terry is a boxing trainer, so naturally she always had a strong appreciation for the sport.

My fight against this horrific disease through The Reaumond Foundation is in honor of Karen, and the thousands of other lives taken far too soon.
